Customs Duties & Fees
For our customers in the USA, all customs duties and fees are covered by me, so there are no additional customs charges to worry about.
For all other countries, any applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns
Each item is specially made for you. For this reason, I’m unable to accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns.
However, your satisfaction is very important to me! If something isn’t quite right, please reach out. I’ll always do my best to help and find a solution.
Any changes to your order should be requested before production begins. Once your item is in progress, changes may still be possible upon agreement.
Thank you so much for choosing my shop! I truly appreciate your trust and hope you’ll love your purchase!
